Jobs disappear. Businesses stall. Technology changes the rules.

About Robin

I didn’t learn this stuff in a lecture hall.

I learned it through business, mistakes, rebuilding, sales, rugby coaching, family, work — and more than a few plans that didn’t survive contact with reality.

I write about what happens when life changes the rules, how people respond under pressure, and what the next move might look like when the original plan is gone.

This site will remain deliberately simple: the books, the ideas behind them, speaking, and a direct way to get in touch.

Speaking

Talks that don’t feel like lectures.

Practical, conversational sessions built around change, work, business, AI, resilience and decision-making — with room for stories, humour and real audience questions.

Adapting to change
Career pivots
AI & work
Business survival
Resilience
Clearer decisions

Useful ideas first. No motivational wallpaper.
